The Yellow Spring Dress

When I saw this dress online, I thought, "Well, it might be cute?" Even when it arrived, the same thought went through my head that maybe it would look cute on ... Well, this dress just goes to show that you can't judge a piece of clothing until you actually try it on. Because this dress is simply too stinking cute!

It's a little too short for the classroom, but you could probably get away with wearing it with tights or a dress extender (like this one) underneath. It's also the perfect dress for a weekend afternoon of wine tasting or an outside wedding in the summer. The yellow isn't too loud at all (and I am not usually a fan of the color yellow), and the lace adds a gorgeous feminine detail to it. To top it off, it's quite comfortable for a lace dress!

The Perfect Winter Coat for Teachers

This Buttoned A-Line Coat might just be my favorite piece this winter. The outside is velvety soft, and the inside is lined with what feels like a satin material. And the price for this piece is truly unbeatable - the same jacket from J. Crew would be 2-3 times more expensive!

If you're looking for a new winter coat, I would highly recommend this one! The A-line shape is extremely flattering on nearly any body type, and it's one of those classic pieces that will be worn year after year.
